Wow! I understand your frastration. Could of been an inconsiderate visitor, however I am Not shocked by the lack of response from Security! I have had to call them several times in one day due to a motorcycle parked in front of an apartment. I don't understand why we pay for a service that doesn't respond and take corrective measures!

Perhaps the Association Management ( First Service ) should be looking into enforcing and holding the Security Manager accountable.
