I read it somewhere. When I first moved into CV, I was backing into my parking space but was quickly informed by my floor manager Not to do that. I felt backing in would make it safer and easier to get out of my parking space.
There has to be a reason behind the don't back your car into any parking space. Perhaps, this would be something to bring to the condo association board and management.
