as appears on the security staff file,and your password is your
CODE NUMBER or PERSONAL ACCESS CODE.
Note that the HOME PHONE NUMBER must be entered as
10 digits without spaces, dashes or parenthesis.
If you are unaware of your code number,
you may contact security or the property manager to obtain it.
