Residents Here in The Village for Window / Screen Repair. However, He is on time,
Preforms the service that is required and has quality products but,
HE IS SIMPLY WAY OVERPRICED BY AT LEAST 100%.
This guy totally rip's you off on the Labor Cost AND the Service Fee !
A $40 job with this asshole is $275 . . . That it's Ridiculous....

Thanks so much for taking time out to inform us. Joe advertises throughout Century Village. I see his name on our bullentin Board. I hope the floor directors get informed and pass the info to their floor residents! I would be on time too! If I were ripping people off! Shame on him (Joe)!

its the same joe who advertises on here on the village voice, i used him and also thought he was overpriced a little too much but he was on time and spoke english. he did what he said would do and replaced screens but we also paid a very high service fee plus the moderate cost of the screens. everybody has to make a living but not like this. shame on you joe, shame on you

Okay got it! I figured it was the same Joe. He's going to have to make his monies elsewhere because I am not going to allow him to ripe the residents in my building, no way!
