WOW!!! I'm very sad to hear that CV has gone so far downhill :-(
I used to own there (Plymouth) from '03 to '11, & I was looking to buy & come back. I was a Census Taker in '10, & I witnessed the dogs & babies you refer to...especially in Kingsley. My Bldg. Director was very vigilant, so we didn't have any issues. What's happened to the so-called "approval application process"???? How are these undesirables getting past that???? Everyone's supposed to be vetted. I know FL has the 80/20 law, but this sounds more like a 50/50 place.
Can anyone tell me what buildings might be less problematic, than others?
